Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address / failure to update before dispatch.

Refusal to accept the package / failure to collect the package in time, resulting in loss.

Unpaid import duties or taxes.
Shipping Damage & Issues
We pack every order securely with sturdy backing boards or protective boxes. However, once the parcel has been shipped, it is no longer under our control. We cannot take direct responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot guarantee a full refund or direct compensation.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at seazico@gmail.com and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we will either:

Re-ship the correct item, or

Issue a refund for the incorrect item.
Lost Package
If your package is lost, please provide your order number or tracking number.
Once confirmed, we will file a claim with the courier, but a full refund cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives severely damaged, please provide photos or videos as evidence.
We will file a claim with the courier, but compensation cannot be guaranteed.
Product Issues
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for items that are in good condition.
If the item itself has obvious defects (not caused by transit or handling), please contact us within 7 days of receipt at seazico@gmail.com with photos or videos as proof.
Once reviewed and accepted, we will discuss the best solution with you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to complete the posting of the refund.
For discounted items, the refund will be based on the discounted price paid.
Order Cancellations
Pre-order items can be cancelled before the pre-order period ends.
Please note that refunds for cancelled orders will be issued after deducting transaction fees.
