If your country requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), tax ID, or identification number for customs, kindly include this in the order notes.

Shipping Timeframe
Pre-order items will be shipped once production is complete. Please note that production may take longer than expected to ensure each piece meets high-quality standards.

Estimated Delivery Time (business days, excluding customs clearance and final local delivery):

  • Asia: 6–8 business days

  • North America:

    • USA: 10–14 business days

    • Canada: 30–40 business days

  • Central & South America: 10–40 business days

  • Oceania: 7–30 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.


Order Combining
If you would like to combine multiple orders, please email us at seazico@gmail.com before shipment. Provide your order numbers, and once confirmed, we will merge the packages and refund any excess shipping fees.


Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address before your order has shipped, please email seazico@gmail.com with your order number and the new address.
If the address change results in additional costs (e.g., a different destination country), you will be required to cover the difference via a PayPal invoice. The package will only be shipped once payment is completed.


Additional Notes

  • A3 posters will be shipped in protective poster tubes and may be mailed separately from other items.
  • Each poster tube can hold up to 1 poster.
  • I try to minimize plastic packaging; however, some items (such as prints or shikishi boards) may be packed in cellophane bags for waterproof protection.
  • Art prints will be reinforced with sturdy backing boards or shipped in boxes, but please understand that slight edge damage may still occur during transit. Thank you for your understanding.
